Lauren is a Licensed Professional Counselor Associate and Licensed Chemical Dependency Counselor
known for her authenticity, warmth, and unwavering commitment to helping clients navigate life’s toughest challenges. With a specialization in trauma and addiction, she brings deep expertise in treating a wide range of mental health concerns, including anxiety, depression, and complex PTSD.
Lauren believes that healing is not just about addressing symptoms—it’s about uncovering the root causes of emotional pain and developing the tools to create lasting change. She is trained in brainspotting, a powerful therapeutic approach that accesses deep-seated trauma stored in the brain and body, allowing clients to process and release unresolved experiences. By integrating both cognitive and somatic techniques, she helps clients bridge the gap between mind and body, fostering self-awareness, emotional regulation, and a renewed sense of inner strength.
Her counseling style is deeply collaborative and client-centered, ensuring that every individual feels heard, valued, and empowered in their healing journey. She creates a safe, nonjudgmental space where clients can explore their struggles, develop self-compassion, and build practical strategies for personal growth. Whether supporting someone in breaking free from addiction, navigating past trauma, or managing everyday stressors, Lauren tailors her approach to each client’s unique needs, helping them cultivate resilience, clarity, and self-empowerment.
Driven by a passion for holistic healing, Lauren sees therapy as more than just a means to cope—it’s an opportunity for profound transformation and personal liberation. She is dedicated to walking alongside her clients as they rewrite their stories, rediscover their worth, and step into a more fulfilling, authentic life.
