Christina is an esteemed, experienced, and highly educated LPC Intern who brings a fresh approach to counseling centered around the strong relationships she forms with each of her clients. She successfully works with all ages including children, adults, older adults, families and couples to help them overcome their struggles and achieve their personal goals. While utilizing various types of treatment, Christina primarily utilizes a person-centered approach to therapy including techniques such as Cognitive-Behavioral therapy (CBT) when appropriate for the client. Christina effectively teaches valued and necessary coping skills for individuals and families struggling with psychological and medical diagnoses, as well as anxiety, stress, and depression.
