Carly Burke is Noyauâ€™s Senior Dietician and Nutrition Expert. On a mission to improve her clients health, bodies, and lives, Carlyâ€™s philosophy emphasizes that a healthy and fit body doesnâ€™t require restrictive or unsatisfying diets. Her desire to empower individuals to improve their lives through healthy and delicious diets has led her to a successful career in the nutrition industry.
Carly completed her Bachelors of Science in Kinesiology with an emphasis in Health Promotion and Fitness from the University of Texas. After graduation Carly continued her education at Dallasâ€™ prestigious UT Southwestern Medical Center, earning a Masters in Clinical Nutrition. Post graduation she began her specialization completing 1200 hours of intensive dietetics work. Carly continues to further her education and stay current on the latest science through her membership in the Academy of Nutrition & Dietetics, as well as The Collegiate and Professional Sports Dietitian Association.
As one of the nations leading nutrition experts, Carly works with clients nationwide to develop personalized and achievable goals, allowing her clients to experience life long profound change. Carly works collaboratively with her clients to create nutrition plans specific to each personâ€™s needs and then continually supports and empowers them to implement practical strategies that lead to a more balanced, healthy and happy life. Carly understands that everyone has different needs and strives to encourage her clients to make lifestyle changes that are practical for each unique individual. Specializing in weight management, meal planning, sports nutrition, disease management, and food allergies; Carlyâ€™s clients receive a holistic approach allowing them to transform their lives and achieve the results they desire.
When Carly isnâ€™t working, sheâ€™s playing. From yoga, to paddle boarding, to whipping up her favorite recipes in the kitchen, she likes to stay busy, active, and have fun every day. Carly lives by the motto that â€œThe better we treat our bodies, the better our bodies treat us!â€
